Our name comes from Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as for the Lord, not for man."
Our Founder, Josh is first and foremost, a Christ-follower. He is a husband, a father, a U.S. Navy veteran, and a cancer survivor. Josh also came from a 20+ year career in precision manufacturing, working in oil field and aerospace manufacturing. Like a lot of us, during Covid, the company he was working for closed down and he had to take a job that was a substantial pay cut. So, to make up the lost income, he started 323WCTX as a side "hustle". After 4 months, he decided to take step out in faith, and take 3:23 Window Cleaning TX full-time.
